- Project information you share while we scope or deliver an engagement.

- Technical logs needed to operate the service (IP address, timestamps, error traces) kept for a short retention window.

3. How we use it
- To reply to your enquiries and deliver the services you engage us for.
- To operate and improve the website (performance, reliability, security).
- To send occasional operational emails (invoices, project updates). We do not send marketing emails without opt-in.

We keep contact and project records for as long as our engagement is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal, tax, and audit obligations. Server logs are retained for a shorter period, typically up to 30 days.
